When creating an account, we may collect: Full Name, Email Address, Password (stored as a secure hash), and Account Type (Admin or Client).
To protect your account, we may collect: Login Date & Time, Login IP Address, Browser Information, Device Information, Operating System, Failed Login Attempts, and Session Information.
When you connect a supported exchange, we may store: Exchange Name, API Key, API Secret (stored in encrypted form), API Permissions, and API Connection Status.
To provide copy trading services, we may process: Orders, Positions, Trade History, Profit/Loss, Wallet Balances (read-only), Trade Execution Logs, and Copy Trading Settings.
We automatically collect: IP Address, Browser Type, Device Type, Operating System, Language Preference, Time Zone, Error Logs, and Performance Metrics.
Tradeside does NOT collect or request: Exchange Login Password, Exchange Login OTP, Withdrawal PIN, Bank Account Password, Wallet Recovery Phrase (Seed Phrase), Private Keys, or Personal Trading Decisions outside the Platform.
We use your information to: Create and manage your account, authenticate users, provide copy trading services, connect supported exchanges, execute copy trading automation, send verification emails, send password reset emails, improve platform performance, detect fraud and abuse, protect platform security, respond to customer support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Tradeside uses secure cookies to keep you logged in, protect your session, improve security, and prevent unauthorized access. Authentication cookies are HttpOnly, Secure (HTTPS), and SameSite Protected. These cookies cannot be accessed by JavaScript.

Tradeside does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only when necessary with: Supported Exchange APIs (for authorized trading operations), Email Service Providers (for verification and password reset emails), Cloud Infrastructure Providers (hosting and platform operation), and Legal authorities when required by applicable law.
We retain your information only as long as necessary to maintain your account, provide our services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your account is permanently deleted, personal information will be removed or anonymized where legally permissible.

Tradeside is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years old.
