Welcome to Tradeside Trading Platform ("Tradeside", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tradeside website, applications, APIs, software, dashboards, and all related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Tradeside, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Tradeside is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables eligible users to automate copy trading through supported third-party exchanges using exchange APIs.
Tradeside provides software infrastructure only. Tradeside does NOT:

Users are responsible for ensuring that using copy trading is legal within their country.
Users may register as Super Admin (created internally), Admin, or Client. Users must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and must immediately notify Tradeside of any unauthorized access.
Tradeside acts only as a technology provider. Tradeside connects Admin → Client → Exchange API. Tradeside does not influence, modify, recommend or approve trades executed by any Admin.
Every Admin agrees that they are solely responsible for their trading strategy, trade entries, trade exits, leverage, stop loss, take profit, risk management, and communication with clients.
Admins must not:
Clients acknowledge that they independently choose which Admin to follow, understand trading risks, review an Admin's performance before joining, and understand past performance does not guarantee future results. Clients are solely responsible for deciding whether to copy any Admin.
Tradeside operates only after users voluntarily connect supported exchange APIs. Users are responsible for creating API keys, protecting API credentials, disabling withdrawal permissions, and revoking API access when desired.
Tradeside only automates trade execution. Tradeside does not decide when to buy, when to sell, leverage, position sizing, stop loss, or take profit. All trading decisions originate from the selected Admin.
Nothing available on Tradeside constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or portfolio management. All information is provided for software functionality only.
Tradeside is not a broker. Tradeside does not execute trades on its own behalf, receive client investment funds, hold custody of assets, or clear transactions. All orders are executed by supported exchanges through user-authorized APIs.
Tradeside never takes custody of cryptocurrency, fiat currency, exchange balances, or wallets. All funds remain under the control of the user and the supported exchange.
Trading involves substantial risk. Users acknowledge that they may lose part or all of their invested capital. Tradeside makes no representation regarding profitability, future returns, performance, or market direction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tradeside shall not be liable for any losses arising from market volatility, trading losses, liquidation, exchange downtime, API failures, internet outages, latency, slippage, incorrect API configuration, Admin trading decisions, Client trading decisions, user errors, or force majeure events.
Tradeside may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, attempt unauthorized access, abuse APIs, engage in fraud, or conduct illegal activities.
All software, branding, logos, dashboards, UI designs, documentation, and source materials remain the exclusive property of Tradeside. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or modify the Platform without written permission.
Tradeside may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
